Purpose

Supports and assists the Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Directorin all undertaking HR related tasks to ensure quality service for the business locally and globally. The Assistant HR Manager takes over increasing responsibilities and grows into the role of an HR Manager.

Key Accountabilities

· Build up and maintain a good working relationship with internal customers and ensure sufficient level of service to the employees of the respective area
· Contact person and coach for employees and team leads on all HR related topics
· Handle recruitment for non-managerial positions (pre-selection of applications, coordination and scheduling of job interviews, arranging and conducting job interviews, preparation of contracts of employment)
· Support and undertake short and midterm Personnel Marketing activities to attract the right candidates (advertisements, cooperation with schools, etc.) in cooperation with our colleagues from CoE Future Talents
· Organize and carry out general administrative tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager (testimonials, application for work and residence permit etc)
· Ensure regular and proper updates ofSAPand all relevant HR lists (applicants, open positions, new employees/ transfers/ leaves, information for controlling department etc)
· Take on and support special HR projects (locally and globally; e.g. preparation of yearly employee evaluation process, Talent conferences, Engagement Survey follow up etc.)
· Build up and maintain a close working relationship with Controlling to ensure constant and proper information flow.
· Supports the integration of new employees from HR side (initiate relocation and moving activities, onboarding, feedback meetings etc.)
· Build up and maintain a close working relationship with other Assistant HR-Manager to ensure harmonized HR processes across HR departments

Knowledge, Experiance and Capabilities

· German and English fluent (verbally and in writing)
· Good MS-Office user-knowledge
· Affinity for systems, ideally SAP user knowledge

Qualifications

· University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)
· 1-3 years of work experience in the field of HR
· Internships or study abroad
