PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Drive an effective and efficient brand activation inTraining, Young Athletics and Womencategories in country /cluster in full alignment with the APAC BA/ BU and Country CTC teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute local brand marketing plan in close collaboration with CTC team with support from Category BrandCommslead.

Develop local content, if necessary, in alignment with the Digital Activation team / Sport Marketing team with support from Category BrandCommslead.

Align with the Media Activation team on the media strategy for a campaign execution

Manage the execution of the MWB plan per the BMP

Support local trade meetings with sell-in tools

Align the execution with the Newsroom, EIM and in close collaboration with the Key City team

Manage community operation / activation in close collaboration with Newsroom, EIM and the Key City team

Collaborate with the Omni-Channel Marketing Team on Channel activation.

Support Category BrandCommslead for miscellaneous, i.e. monthly marketing newsletter development.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail, PR, digital) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred)

Ability to develop local marketing plan following global guidelines

Marketing budgetplanning andmanagement

Strong communication skill to internal and external stakeholders

Advanced user of MS Office suite of products

Ability to function as a good team player for both internal / external (agency) through demonstration of 3C behavior.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing

2-3years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields

Fluent in English

Fluent or at least intermediate level in Japanese preferred
