Purpose: This position will provide support for both internal and external partners of the adidas group that are seeking physical sales samples to support marketing and sales
Key Accountabilities:
· Review all components of sample orders and validate – size, inventory, art detail, and confirm order has accurate ship/cancel dates. Work directly with requestor to resolve any components prior to order entry
· Coordinate and maintain end to end process of sample orders. This includes order entry, applying hangtags, folding, bagging, picking / packing, and providing tracking details to customers as required.
· Maintain accurate inventory records through report analyses and warehouse reconciliation
· Ensure audit compliance and best practices sharing as per group guidelines
· Ensure smooth flow of business with high cross-functional collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to the common goals set by the organization
· Schedule orders for embellishment within the forecasted daily capacity
· Partner with MFG team to resolve printing issues
· Establish and execute centralized service policies and procedures
· Able to facilitate group meetings
· Periodic travel required to attend meetings, or training sessions
· Able to work collaboratively with team members or individually
· Other duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to bend and lift 20 lbs. or more
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Available to work Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and overtime as needed
