Purpose/Key Responsibilities:

· Supports superior in administration related issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Maintains the office premises, fixtures and fittings at a high standard of decoration and efficiency.
· Ensures that office safety and fire prevention issues are always given priority. Raises any concerns with the Office Manager.
· Assists Office Manager in arranging working permits, visas, housing, and removals for expatriate staff.
· Updates visitor’s schedule and arranges car pick up accordingly.
· Assists travelers in hotel reservation and air ticket booking.
· Negotiates with Estate agent for expatriates’ rent & rates, sort out housing problems for them.
· Organize company functions. e.g. annual dinner, X’mas party.

Requisite Education/Experience:

· College degree or above.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Fluent in written & spoken English BULATS level 3 or equivalent. Computer literate.
