Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
· To ensure profitable and sustainable market share growth with field customers in the assigned region while respecting reebok (target) brand image in key categories and defined target groups.
Key Responsibilities:
· To update the customer segmentation surveys and their classification annually
· To develop assigned field customers, tap full potential and manage all interfaces towards reebok respecting the framework set by the MFS
· To develop/update Field Account Fact Books and Field Strategic Account Plans according to the customer portfolio strategies
· To organize and prepare sell-in customer meetings using the sell-in checklist, preselecting the range, offering sell-out support, based on our seasonal focus products, technologies and concepts
· To negotiate and enforce the reebok trade terms
· To visit customers regularly respecting the store visit checklist guidelinesand conducting the store audits, ensuring continuous improvement of the store audit results
· To conduct the field CSS, feedback results to the accounts and derive action plans
· To get sell trough data from key customers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
· Dutch : fluent written/spoken
· English : fluent written/spoken
· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) – advanced knowledge
· SAP – advanced knowledge
· Driving license
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Academic working and thinking level (HBO/WO)
· Functional > 2 years sales, ideally with wholesale focus
· Industry ideally in apparel/footwear/fashion or FMCG
· Exposure Sports
