Our client in Tamworth are currently seeking a self-driven Contracts Administrator with sales experience to support their Contracts team.

This family business seeks a highly motivated, organised individual with competent Sales Administration and sales experience. If you are passionate about Sales and have a desire to making all the difference we want to hear from you!

JOB SUMMARY

The role will involve close and regular communication with the sales teams, stock control, warehouse and finance teams, along with regular contact with customers, contractors and specifiers.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

� Develop new business opportunities with existing customers through regular communications

� Proposing and implementing agreements with our existing contract customer base

� Up sell and cross sell products to existing customers and new leads generated by the Contracts Coordinator

� Promote the brand and increase awareness of our products to the specified market via telephone and email contact

�Process quotations, sales ordering, and internal purchase orders through close liaison with the stock control and delivery team

�Obtain product specifications from Architects and Specifiers when required

�Build rapport with the Contract Client base to be a trusted, knowledgeable resource and discover their needs.

�Dealing with sales queries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.

� Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer are always updated on solutions.

THE PERSON

This position requires someone who is enthusiastic and personable who has;

�Previous proven Sales experience

�Competent use of Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point and Excel

�Excellent communication skills and email etiquette

�Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous (training will be provided)

The salary for the role is between £22-£25k depending on experience and is working Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm Monday to Thursday and a 4.30pm finish on a Friday plus excellent benefits.
