Returns Administrator
Excellent hourly pay rate
Duration: 6 months renewable contract with potential to move into a permanent role
Location: Witney
Adecco has a great opportunity for you to join a growing team working on assignment in the Product Returns department of a global research and health-care company based in Witney. The work involves fault finding on returned products and inputting the outcome onto the system.
Responsibilities:
· Working to a defined process withing their Product Return Dept
· Ensuring that return tasks are completed according to procedures in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation.
· Ensuring that all actions meet the required levels of accuracy and quality including documentation
· Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided by our client.
· All safety clothing and Personal Protective Equipment
Requirements:
· Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal/external customers to obtain any required information to process complaints
· Confidence in using both Word and Excel - the will be a short test as part of your interview covering saving documents, copy and pasting in Word and Excel.
· Able to work with minimal supervision
