Credit Controller

Permanent

Basingstoke

£21-£22k+ 2k bonus per annum based on KPI's.

Department: Candidate will be required to work within a team of three credit controllers and may have to liaise with the accounts payable and customer services teams.

Job Description:

� Collecting all outstanding debts on a timely basis via telephone and email

� Reviewing customer accounts using Sage X3

� Reviewing credit applications

� Performing credit card payments

� Reporting on outstanding receivables

� Approving sales orders

� Printing sales orders for invoicing and matching

� Dealing with customer queries

� Performing ad hoc tasks

Desirables:

� Credit control experience

� Knowledge of Sage X3

� Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel

. Good communication skills
