eine reibungslose Tagung oder auch Firmenfeier.

Ihr Organisationstalent ist gefordert:

- Komplette Abwicklung sämtlicher Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsanfragen, von der Angebotserstellung in Opera Sales & Catering über die
persönliche Beratung bis hin zur Durchführung im Hause
- Rechnungskontrolle und Rechnungserstellung, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung
- Begrüßung und Betreuung der Tagungsgäste vor Ort
- Koordination und Organisation von Großveranstaltungen
