Job description

Key tasks

Ensure preparation of Employee Engagement and Talent Services programs including budget requirements.
Ensure organization of the Socials & Welfare Committee.
Ensure submission of entries in the hotel’s quarterly newsletter.
Ensure adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Assist in the preparation of Monthly and Yearly Reports.

Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential English

Essential and optional requirements

One (1) year experience handling Employee Engagement or relevant work experience.
Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, regulations and Industry practices.
Experience in handling labor related matters including but not limited to Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Excellent English communication.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
