Job description

Key tasks

1. Responsible to follow proper standard operation procedures for stewarding.
Bertanggung jawab untuk mengikuti standar operasi dan prosedur untuk stewarding.
2. To follow instructions given by Supervisor and Chief Steward.
Mengikuti instruksi yang diberikan Supervisor dan Chief Steward.
3. Perform cleaning and maintenance of area and equipment.
Melaksanakan tugas kebersihan dan perawatan area dan peralatan.
4. Know the proper usage of chemicals and detergents.
Mengetahui ketepatan cara dan penggunaan bahan-bahan kimia untuk kebersihan.
5. Report for duty and punctuality to Steward Supervisor and ready in working area with proper uniform.
Melaporkan diri dan ketepatan waktu kepada Steward Supervisor dan siap untuk bekerja dengan seragam kerja
6. Know and adhere to safety, hygiene and sanitation at all times.
Mengetahui dan mengikuti peraturan keselamatan kerja, kebersihan dan sanitasi setiap saat.
7. Maintain good team work with all staff and other department.
Menjaga kerja sama yang baik dengan staff dan departemen lain.
8. Follow cleaning and maintenance schedule.
Mengikuti jadwal kerja yang telah ditetapkan.
9. Follow company’s policy and procedures.
Mengikuti peraturan perusahaan yang berlaku.
10. Maintain standard grooming and personal hygiene based on hotel regulation.
Menjaga standar kerapihan dan kesehatan pribadi berdasarkan peraturan hotel.
11. Attend daily briefing and communication meetings as well as company’s and department’s training sessions.
Mengikuti brifing harian dan pertemuan bulanan serta mengikuti pelatihan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan dan departemennya.
