Key tasks

- Maximize sales and profit.
- Comply to LQA standards at all times.
- Fully responsible for the wine education of the food and beverage service employees.
- Sourcing the wines according to our guests’ demand and the control of the stocks.
- Prepare the outlet ready for service according to the outlet standard operating procedure.
