Key tasks

You are calming, passionate and enthusiastic about working in a Spa environment. You lead by example and take pleasure in creating magnifique memories, which make guests and colleagues feel relaxed and cared for.

- An industry leader, you will be responsible for training and development of Spa team
- Engage with SO Spa’s brands creating strong relationships with key suppliers
- Drive departmental KPIs including retail sales and repeat business
- Administration duties including stock control
- Care and attention to detail across all areas to ensure facilities are maintained and a high standard of service is delivered at all times.

Essential and optional requirements

- Passionate about the wellbeing industry with a drive to share your expertise and knowledge with others
- Previous leadership experience, thrives when helping others grow
- Good problem solving skills, remains calm and level headed under pressure
- NZQA level 5 in Spa therapy covering massage, facials, nail services and waxing
- Minimum 3 years industry experience preferably in a luxury Spa environment
- A yoga or fitness certification desirable
- The right to live and work in New Zealand is required
