Job description

Key tasks

• Allgemeine Aufgaben an der Rezeption sowie Betreuung der Gäste
• Schichtführung
• Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildenden
• Check-In, Check-Out über das Computer System Opera 5.0.
• Rechnungserstellung und Rechnungskontrolle von Gästerechnungen
• Ordnungsgemäße Kassenführung und Abrechnung der Hotelkasse
• Reservierungsanfragen entgegennehmen und Eingabe ins PMS System
• Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben wie die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Listen und Statistiken, Bearbeitung von Meldescheinen und Debitoren
• Entgegennahme und Erledigung bzw. Weiterleitung von Reklamationen
• Anwerben Neukunden für Treueprogramm „Le Club Accor“
