Revenue Manager - Samui or Bangkok Based

Key tasks

Responsible for implementing strategies to optimize revenue and to maximize the hotel’s market share within his/her new competitor set.
Recommend appropriate sales actions and analyze the impacts of future strategies and help the hotel to achieve or surpass the targets.
Produce and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports. Conduct weekly RevMax meetings and monthly P&L.
Responsible for the implementation of RM methods in the hotel in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s needs.
Responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place
Animate OLTA & optimize the production from various channels
