Key tasks

- Assist in managing the department in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the company’s rules and procedures.
- Fulfill the requested duties and functions specific to the department to the best of your ability.
- To ensure set standards are met and maintained by all staff.
- Responsible to the restaurant area and his staff. Must take care of the perfect service and set up in the restaurant.
- Contributes globally guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work and exemplary behaviour.
- Is responsible for one area of the restaurant, in charge of organization, coordination and waiter service.
- Provide a high standard of hospitality and service for guests in the F&B point of sale.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager
