Job description

Key tasks

•Mitverantwortung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem/der Revenue Manager/in an einer optimalen Gestaltung der Belegung und Rate mit dem Ziel der Gewinnmaximierung des Hotels
•Annahme und Bearbeitung von Einzelreservierungen bis maximal 7 Zimmern per Telefon, Fax, E-Mail, Internet
•Anreisekontrolle der individuellen Reservierungen
•Überwachung aller Kontingentbuchungen
•Kommissionsabrechnung via Pegasus
•Bearbeitung der abteilungsrelevanten Rechnungen im Hoteltool Basware
•Beantworten von Gästekommentaren über die Chatfunktionen von Drittanbietern (z.B. Booking.com und Expedia)
•Erstellen von Blöcken für die Wholesaler und Touroperator Kontingente
•Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden
•Überwachung und Training der Sofitel Standards in der Reservierungsabteilung
