Reservations Supervisor
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Supervisor, you will supervise the reservation functions for the hotel ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner .

  What you will be doing:  
·  Directs and co-ordinates subordinate reservation staff to ensure that day to day operational matters are handled on time
·  Handles all reservation correspondence and inquiries quickly, efficiently and accurately
·  Ensures that all reservation details are accurately entered into the computer in a timely manner
·  Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
·  Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information n the system 
  Your experience and skills include:
·  Previous experience in reservations, one to two year experience in front desk operations
·  Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
