Key tasks

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
-Sie sind für eine professionelle Annahme und Bearbeitung von Einzel- & Gruppenreservationen für 3 Hotels (Novotel Basel City, ibis styles Basel City, ibis budget Basel City) im 1 bis 4 Sterne Bereich der AccorHotels zuständig
-Sie fungieren als kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen
-Sie führen erfolgreiche Verkaufsgespräche und Hausführungen durch und erstellen maßgeschneiderte Angebote für unsere internationalen Gäste
-Kontrolle der Kommissionsrechnungen
-Abwicklung von Buchungen über Reservierungssysteme, OTA’s und Reisebüros
-Sie erstellen FIT Verträge, pflegen die FIT Extranets (Promotions, Distribution)

Essential and optional requirements

- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, gerne Erfahrung im Bereich Reservation
- Einhaltung bzw. Berücksichtigung der Regelung zur Arbeitssicherheit
- EDV-Kenntnisse
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit, hohe Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
- hohes Mass an Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung und Freude im Umgang mit dem Gast
- gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, gute Umgangsformen
- fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, Grundkenntnisse Französisch
- FOLS/ TARS Kenntnisse von Vorteil
