Key tasks

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Sie sind für eine professionelle Annahme und Bearbeitung von Einzel- & Gruppenreservationen für 3 Hotels (Novotel Basel
City, ibis styles Basel City, ibis budget Basel City) im 1 bis 4 Sterne Bereich der AccorHotels zuständig
- Sie fungieren als kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen
- Sie führen erfolgreiche Verkaufsgespräche und erstellen massgeschneiderte Angebote für unsere internationalen Gäste
- Abwicklung von Buchungen über Reservierungssysteme, OTA’s und Reisebüros
- Verantwortung für die optimale Zimmerauslastung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Front Office Manager, Revenue Manager und anderen Abteilungen

Essential and optional requirements

Sie verfügen über:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Hohes Mass an analytischem Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Perfektes Verkaufstalent, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Gastorientierung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und English (Wort und Schrift), Französisch von Vorteil
- Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse (FOLS/TARS von Vorteil)
