Key tasks
In dieser Funktion sind Sie für Informationen und Beratung der Gäste vor Ort oder per Telefon verantwortlich und sind zuständig für die Check-ins und Check-outs. Selbstständige Schichtleitung (Früh-/Spätschicht), Verantwortung für den Tagesablauf an der Reception mit der Koordiantion von Reservationen, Offerten, Bestätigungen und allgemein Korrespondenzen in D/E/F gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren täglichen arbeiten.
