Job description

Key tasks

- Ensure the smooth running of the front office departments
- Deliver a world-class customer service creating fantastic memories for our guests
- Deal with enquiries and complaints, oversea and participate in check in and check out
- Recruit, train and motivate the team, be responsible for performance management
- Ensure the team have a thorough knowledge of hotel products and services
- Implement policies and procedures and make sure it is followed at all times
- Achieve guest satisfaction and set rooms revenue goals
- Responsible for creating rota, ensuring that reception is manned to suit business needs and within budget

Reception Manager we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Friendly personality with a professional and positive approach
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident to deliver training to the team
- Be able to work well under the pressure and prioritise
- Efficient IT skills
- Able to work shift patterns including weekends
