Job description

Key tasks

- To responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of food & beverages in all bar outlets.
- To possesses sound knowledge of wine, food & beverages and cocktails.
- To responsible for the beverage cost of bar; sets standard recipes for all beverages.
- To performs duties common to all supervisors or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
- To maintains establishment beverage par stock and operating supplies to ensure smooth operation.
- To participates in planning of wine & beverage lists.
