Key tasks

A Key player within the hotel taking on full responsibility for the Food and Beverage operation. This includes Restaurant and very busy Bar along with MICE facilities for up to 700 pax. We need a creative professional leader who can develop a diverse team ensuring great Guest satisfaction. Our emphasis is on leadership and a key part of this role is to ensure the team are coached, led and fully developed preparing them as future leaders. Great attention to detail would be good along with knowledge of Micros etc A desire to be the best and want to succeed is essential as this is a very fast paced environment that has a track record for great results in all areas including quality and other KPI's.
