Key tasks

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört unter anderem:

◾Die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Tagesabschlüsse
◾Erfüllung der Arbeiten im Rezeptionsbereich (z.B. Check-in und Check-out der Gäste) sowie am Concierge während der Nacht
◾Übernahme eines Teils der buchhalterischen Arbeiten während der Nacht

Unsere Anforderung an eine(n) neue(n) Kollegen/in:

Sie sind eine freundliche, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit und haben eine abgeschlossene Hotelausbildung oder dementsprechende Erfahrungen im Front Office- und/oder Buchhaltungsbereich der 4-5-Sterne-Hotellerie. Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (fließend in Wort und Schrift) sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Sie arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich in einem starken Team und haben Spaß an der Systempflege.
