We are now seeking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join our current Front Office team.

As a Night Receptionist you will:

• Have excellent customer service Skills
• Have great organisational and administration skills
• Need to work as part of the Night reception team providing an efficient and effective service to all our guests
• Have strong communication skills & a pro-active approach to your work
• Ensure that the guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay with us, from check-in to check-out
• Be working closely with the Night Manager & you will be producing reports, monitoring the results and auditing controls in place
• Ideally have a good knowledge of the Opera Front Office system

We are a 4 star property with 312 bedrooms, 17 meeting and conference facilities including the 446 seated Shaw Theatre and the critically acclaimed one AA rosette restaurant serving a Modern European menu for lunch and dinner.
