PROFILE / PERSONALITY
 Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests
 Offer an attentive and personalized service
 Heed any comments made by guests and ensure follow-up
 Convey the image of the brand and the hotel

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES / MISSION
 This is a multi-talented role incorporating both Front Office, Group Sales & Reservations in line with the brand DNA.
 You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
 Welcome guests and fosters loyalty through a friendly manner
 Handle and resolve any guest complaints
 Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
 Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
 In a collaborative approach, support the Management Team in driving more sales into the Meetings & Events segment by upselling our meeting rooms.
Participate in local networking events together with Management Team
