Key tasks

Context & main responsibilities
** Position based in Germany in Berlin OR Cologne OR Munich **

Adagio is seeking an experienced candidate, speaking both German and English, with strong analytical skills and really business oriented.

Your main tasks are :
- You are responsible for the Revenue Management of five aparthotels located in Germany and Austria.
- You define Price positioning and RM strategy for each aparthotel.
- You identify and implement the best tactics and levers, according to the market conditions and events.
- On a daily basis, you lead business analysis, forecast the demand, analyze the competition
- You validate decisions with operations (general managers).
- You build a revenue budget for each aparthotel.

Conditions
- Permanent contract
- Position based in Germany in Berlin OR Cologne OR Munich
- Frequent business trip at the headquarter in Paris (roughly a week every two months)
- Reports to the head of revenue management Europe based in Paris

Essential and optional requirements

You have a Hospitality or Business school education background, with 2 to 5 years work experience in pricing or Revenue Management.
You speak German and English at a fluent level.
You are rigorous and well-organized.
You have strong skills in oral and written communication.
You are able to analyze, convince and negotiate.

Key competencies and knowledge
- Revenue management related to aparthotels (notably dynamic pricing, length of stay optimization).
- Pricing (build price grid, price positioning against competition).
- Distribution related to hospitality field.
- Advanced user in Excel, EzRMS.
