Job description
Key tasks
You apply your unit's sales policy to develop and retain the customer portfolios for you area. You meet with customers: key accounts, difficult sales, training sales reps. You initiate specific sales actions in the zone, in line with the global action plan. You adjust the sales action plan depending on information provided by operations. You analyse and monitor market development: monthly reports, creating new dashboards, budget management... You are the key sales contact for the operations teams. You are responsible for reaching or surpassing the sales zone's quantitative targets. You ensure that the brands' sales offers are true to word and that standards are applied.
Expected to be in charge and drive in house sales
Expected to be in charge of evening activities such as cocktails, professional events, etc
Expected to be in charge of E-sales like booking.com, Trip Advisor, expedia
Manage /Mentoring social media pages
Build and update data page
Assist the Sales & marketing manager at all times
Direct and manage all groups, transient and catering / banqueting sales activities to maximise revenue for the hotel.
Manage/ direct all advertising, public relations and promotions.
Effectively communicates with other departments.
Actively participate in sales presentation, property tours and customer meeting.

A strong understanding of overall hotel business with its facilities and polices.
Must posses strong decision making skills
Relevant trainings or certifications in related field of sales and marketing is an additional advantage.
Ability to develop new sales techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
