Job description



Key tasks

- Inspect guest rooms for quality assurance.
- Release inspected rooms
- Effectively and promptly handle guest queries or complaints
- Clean, dust, and vacuum guest rooms to a five star standard
- Adjust rosters, taking into consideration forecast, wage cost, ambassador requests etc.
- Ensure par stocks are maintained
- Conduct training including induction, product knowledge, Housekeeping brand standards etc.
- Assist Mgt. with performance management including reviews, coaching, disciplinary process, training and development.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering department.
