Job description



Key tasks

MISSION

* Train housekeeping attendants on all cleaning and general maintenance tasks

* Scheduling of shifts, arranging for replacements and organizing replacements

* Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and the replenishment of stock

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and sanitation policies in all areas

* Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene and service standards

* Daily inspection of the Convention and Exhibition halls, VIP rooms, meeting rooms, public areas and back of house operations including corridors and stairways to ensure cleanliness are as per standards

* Ensures that all equipment is in a good condition at all times and store rooms are maintained in an orderly manner

* Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages
