Job Description

·  Perform general office duties, including answering the phones, handling incoming correspondence from costumers in a timely and professional manner.
·  Responsible for the quality of the Group room sale revenue
·  Co-ordinate and control the flow of documents and information between hotel and Clients.
·  Work with the Reservation agent and Reservations & Groups Manager to maintain high sales activity.
·  Promote and maintain customer loyalty

Qualifications

·  Clear oral/written communication
·  Sales Experience
·  Exemplary time management and organizational skills
·  Problem solving abilities
·  Previous experience in a similar role
