This position is an opportunity for a team member who has previous food & beverage experience and is willing to branch out and expand their food & beverage experience and knowledge.

Your mission, is the guest satisfaction and everything that takes you to achieve that ultimate goal.

This is a very hand on role. Your week may include a variety of shifts in Food & Beverage in a variety of shifts (Breakfast, Bar or A la Carte Dinner). Occasionally you may be required to assist on the Heart of House area supporting kitchen operations.

Work Experience

•Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in similar position

•Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written.

•Exceptional attention to detail

•Proven record of meeting sales targets

•A proven high standard in cleaning that is required to work in a A grade kitchen

•Ability to coordinate various tasks/sections simultaneously

•Team Player and able to work effectively with colleagues from different cultures

•Ability to work any shift/day

•Hold Work rights to live and work in work in NZ
