• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• To supervise service, to serve food and liquor to guests in accordance of the SOPs and policies, maintaining the highest standard.
• To ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the outlets and service areas.
• To ensure that all guests are attended and provided with an efficient, professional and attentive service.
• Check guests satisfaction at all times during their meal.
• Constantly check that section is cleaned and all tables are set up correctly.
• Oversees Stock levels in stores for operation and month-end inventories.
• Liaisons with Purchasing Manager pertaining to all Purchase requests and orders.
• Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of general operation, cost control and profitability.
• Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services and immediately takes all required corrective measures.
