Job description

Key tasks

Delegate and supervise all Managerial staff within the Department and assist in preparing work schedules.
Conform and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
Performs special duties as required by management .
To direct and co-ordinate all subordinate housekeeping team to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and that guest expectation are met.
To coordinate with front office to ensure that rooms are serviced and turned down according to guest requirements and vacant rooms are cleaned for new arrivals.
