Key tasks

Main missions & responsibilities
As a Digital Learning Project Apprentice, you will fully contribute to internationally spread the Group’s Digital Learning strategy.

In this regard, your main missions will be to…

1/ Embrace the Group’s strategy regarding Digital Learning.
On top of being fully convinced that Digital in general (and Digital Learning in particular) transforms the way people live, work and learn, you will need to understand and make yours the Group’s Digital Learning strategy. You will be the most determined ambassador of the strategy, continuously communicating and engaging the worldwide L&D community.

2/ Master the Group’s Digital Learning Solutions and techniques
Because we believe we need to fully understand how things works before spreading them to the rest of the world, you will have to take hands on all the solutions and techniques that are made available in the Digital Learning offer. Not only the tools and solutions, but also the process in order to get there, associated with the proper deliverables. Learning by doing is our only methodology to succeed!

3/ Support the design of complex blended learning programs
You will be involved in helping design from scratch or transform existing complex blended learning programs, as a whole. Because a stand-alone digital learning object on its own doesn’t bring enough value, you will be responsible for advising the subject matter experts or sponsors to figure out the best way to deliver their knowledge, and split it into many different activities : before, during or after a face to face session – be it digital or not, synchronous or asynchronous. And of course, using as much as possible the Group’s authoring solutions.

4/ Support implementing the Digital Learning Governance
Because the solutions we have selected are mainly Cloud based, you will be identified as the Central Super Admin! You will therefore be responsible for granting access to the different platforms / solutions to the empowered L&D staff worldwide. You will also be in charge of always keeping a critical “consultant” look on local productions, to ensure a high standard of quality and coherence, providing guidance and supporting local teams when needed. Finally, you will have to ensure a maximum level of mutualization, building and maintaining a centralized catalogue of digital learning objects developed worldwide, making sure the whole L&D community can benefit from local initiatives.

5/ Animate the worldwide L&D community around Digital Learning & Innovation in Learning
Because we are a worldwide team of nearly 100 passionate heartists about Learning and Development, we need to continuously make sure we share the same vision of how Digital Learning can transform the way Learning is delivered to our staff. We therefore need to share our practices, experiences and expertise. We must also make
sure we share as much as possible our portfolio of listed providers. We must also share our understanding of new and emerging trends, so that we are always looking for the best solutions that answers our operations’ needs. Last but not least, we need to make sure we capture and make available every local initiative that could benefit the whole L&D community (while recognizing and valuing the owner of the initiative). By the way, this will also be in your scope of responsibilities! Sounds like a Community Manager role, right?

Essential and optional requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) in HR, Learning and Development, New technologies for L&D
•Eager to become best friend with a whole bunch of digital learning solutions and modalities
• Storytelling, UX Design, Game design, Anchoring, Social Learning & Assessment doesn’t sound like Martian to your ears
•Loves to play with video making, motion design and graphics tools
•Very strong communication skills and excellent relationship capabilities, both in English and French
•Happy to be part of a team, while being autonomous on your job
