Key tasks

• Zuarbeiten zu den Chef de Parties und dem Küchenchef
• Mitverantwortlich für eine optimale & gleich bleibende Speisenqualität
• Ordnung, Hygiene ( HACCP ) und Sauberkeit auf seinem Posten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung
• Durchführung aller übrig anfallenden und notwendigen Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben im Küchenbereich
• Unterstützung bei Inventuren
• Vertretung des Chef de Parties
