Job Descriptions

* To assist the Cost Controller and to participate in the month-end inventories

* Preparations of daily food and beverage receiving report

* To verify the accuracy of the entries, extensions and totals of the Receiving Clerk’s daily report and that all food items received, with or without invoice have been properly recorded thereon

* To ensure that all merchandise is store in properly locked storage areas and monitor security control keys for all such areas

* Random spot-check on receiving stores, food production and so on
