Key tasks

Werden Sie Teil unseres dynamischen Bankett-Teams.

Die Schlüsseltätigkeiten sind:

- Sicherstellen des erforderlichen Mise en place
- Stellen von Tischformen und der Bestuhlung in den Räumen nach Function Sheet
- Fachgerechte und sichere Lagerung, Verwahrung der Tische, Stühle oder sonstigem Mobiliar
- Pflege der Lagerräumlichkeiten
- Mitverantwortung für hervorragende Gästebetreuung
- Sichere Kenntnisse über das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot
- Aktiver Verkauf der F&B Produkte (Upsell)
- Achten auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene im gesamten Bereich, ordnungsgemäße Pflege und Wartung aller Materialien
