As a Chef de Partie within one of our various outlets, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership to your colleagues and demonstrate a high level of culinary skills. This role is best suited to an engaging and high energy personality who is keen to try new things and show their creativity.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What are we looking for?

·  Passion for culinary - you have a minimum of 2 years' work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant
·  Enjoy working with, and leading, a team - you have good interpersonal skills and gain satisfaction from teaching others and enhancing the overall experience within the team
·  Work clean and efficiently - you have good knowledge of HACCP and understand the importance of a clean kitchen for hygiene and better efficiency
·  Recipe costing and computer skillset - knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook and a Recipe Maintenance system is required
