Key tasks

Job Responsibility:
• Perform miscellaneous repairs around the property such as changing light bulbs and patching holes in walls.
• Install and repair finishes, such as laminates.
• Build, install, and repair walls and partitions, including drywall, wallpaper, millwork and faux finishing
• Following blueprint to install structures.
• Ensure the standard maintenance for the hotel’s different equipment such as plumbing, electrical appliances, locks and more.
• Familiarise with the operational duties and services.
• Perform property/ room preventive maintenance inspection and update.
• Maintain the tidiness and neatness of the store and workshop.
• Assist in fire safety procedures within the Hotel.
• Monitor the service and maintenance of all equipment and controls.
