Key tasks

The Business Performance team Central Europe, based in Munich, seeks a highly skilled Analyst with earliest starting date 1st August 2017. Objective is to make Central Europe a data driven region where decisions and strategies are based on accurate analysis and precise recommendations.

As a part of our business performance team, your responsibilities are:

• regular preparation and analysis of data in close coordination with the business performance community and the Business Performance Manager (Management KPIs)
• accountable for analyzing, prioritizing and validating complex and dynamic information from a diverse range of sources and developing ideas & recommendations for the profitability of our business
• exchange regularly within the business analyst community to develop cross-functional analysis and recommendations towards the Management
• provides ad hoc analysis ensuring high level data preparation taking into account various data sources
• perform and participate in Performance reviews, Politique-de -Place representing the Business Performance Team

Essential and optional requirements

• first experiences in Business Intelligence environment and Analysis or 3-5 years’ experience in Distribution, Revenue Management environment
• real team player within Business Performance Analyst community
• strong cogency to convince Management and operational Management & high level drive for results & perseverance
• display strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills
• excellent communications skills, convincing and inspiring with a passion for hospitality and tourism
