- Managed internal production timelines and coordinated vendor participation for events.
- Managed quarterly and monthly Budget
- Marketed to local businesses to establish ongoing relationships for banquet/party needs.
- Coordinated: weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, holiday events, birthday celebrations, memorials, fundraisers and trade shows....
- Built successful relationships with outside vendors.
