• Ihr Arbeitsplatz ist die Küche – inklusiver aller Arbeitsschritte in der Vor- und Nachbereitung
• Ihre Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität werden gerade in Stoßzeiten oft unter Beweis gestellt

Was Sie lernen:

• Perfekte Zubereitung leckerer Speisen und das appetitliche Anrichten
• Kalkulation von Speisekarten und Erstellung von Menüvorschlägen inkl. der Beratung Ihrer Gäste
• Wareneinkauf für eine Großküche und Hygienevorschriften

• Handwerkliches Geschick und Leidenschaft für das Kochen
• Flexibilität und Kreativität
• Fähigkeit, auch zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten zu arbeiten
