Was Sie erwartet:
•Sie arbeiten am Empfang, im Restaurant- und Zimmerservice, im Bankett und in der Küche
•Sie durchlaufen alle Bereiche des Hotels und sind als Allrounder überall flexibel einsetzbar

Was Sie lernen:
• Gäste in allen Belangen optimal beraten
•Speisen und Getränke perfekt zu servieren
•Marketingmaßnahmen zu entwickeln und Verkaufsgespräche zu führen
•Veranstaltungen wie Tagungen und Seminare zu planen, zu organisieren und durchzuführen
