Job description
Key tasks
- Responsible for all T&C functions which include the recruitment, employee relations, benefit & compensation, rules and regulations, learning and development, T&C reporting and administration.
- Formulate, recommend and implement of hotel policies and procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, conduct training need analysis and training programs service to improved the employee performance and efficiency in handing hotel guests
- Manage the Talent & Culture department ensuring staff comply with hotel policies and procedures and local and government regulations.
- Develop and improve overall employee relations, activities and committees
- Handle hotel’s government licences
