YOUR MISSION :
- You will assist the General Manager in her role of leader to the team
- You will manage the daily operations of the hotel from reception, hotel maintenance, general housekeeping to food & beverage, to create amazing experiences for our guests
- You have the ability to manage other heads of departments, to ensure quality and profitability for the hotel is in line with budget
- You are actively involved in the hotels revenue management strategy and implement actions to ensure it is followed
- You lead the talent and culture strategy in the hotel, ensuring that the hotel is complaint with employment legislation
- You develop the training plan for the hotel to ensure our talents are progressing in their careers
- You ensure the application of environmental, hygiene, safety and security regulations
