Key tasks

- Assist Director of Sales mission is to promote the hotel in the corporate, government and other segment. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
- Assist Director of Sales to perform his/her duties within the framework defined by the hotel and by its internal regulations.
- Prepare annual Marketing Plan for the hotel to ensure that action plans drawn up are implemented on time and revised regularly.
- Ensure that all statistical requirements are recorded by the required time and ready for submission to the DOS and for immediate review.
- To submit reports on property performance by Geographical Market Segmentation.
- To ensure that marketing intelligence is constantly gathered by the sales staff and are duly disseminated for counter-measures to be taken.
- To prepare monthly and annually revenue budgeted guide the team to achieved budgeted revenue with better Rev Par vs competitor.
