1. Previous leadership experience in the Culinary field required.
2. Journeyman’s papers or international equivalent preferred.
3. Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
6. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
7. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
