Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients.

Job Description
A typical day for a User Centered Product Designer might include facilitating a workshop to integrate Lean UX into a project, reviewing features with a project team, working on interaction design or conducting research with a customer.

The User Centered Product Designer at Accenture has the following responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, developers and design teams on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts
· Build empathy and be an advocate for our customers through participation in human-centered research and design
· Translate user needs, style guides, and requirements into elegant solutions for complex problems
· Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making
· Utilize Lean and Agile methodologies
· Present research findings and design concepts to designers and product partners
· Be a leader and mentor; you'll challenge, grow and mentor designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative team spirit.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

·  A minimum of 3 years of experience with User Experience design
·  A minimum of 3 years of experience designing digital products
·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

Preferred Qualifications

·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Experience in Technology

Professional Skill Requirements

·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
